A New Pavilion Is Coming to The Cottages

We’re excited to officially break ground on a new outdoor pavilion at The Cottages!

The pavilion is being created as another dedicated space for residents to gather with neighbors, friends and family. We can already imagine summer cookouts, family picnics, live music, celebrations, community events and plenty of quiet afternoons spent enjoying the outdoors.

But the pavilion is about more than adding a new amenity.

It’s about creating opportunities for connection.

One of the special things about life at The Cottages is having the privacy and independence of your own home while still being part of a warm, connected neighborhood.

You can enjoy your own space when you want it — and have neighbors and opportunities to connect just outside your front door.

Our new pavilion will give residents another place where those connections can happen naturally. No big occasion required. Sometimes the best memories start with simply having a comfortable place to sit down together.
